All SAINT Jō orders ship free. We believe your skincare ritual should arrive with the same ease and luxury it delivers, so there are no extra shipping fees at checkout. Simply choose your products, and we’ll handle the rest.

RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your skincare experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your first purchase after 30 days, you can return it for a refund.
First-Time Purchases (Opened or Unopened): We offer a one-time return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, even if the product has been used. Refunds or store credit available. Repeat Purchases (Unopened Only): Must be returned in original, unopened condition within 14 days to be eligible for a refund or store credit. Repeat Purchases (Opened): Opened or used products from repeat purchases are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

What skin types are SAINT Jō skincare products suitable for?
SAINT Jō products are formulated for all skin types - including sensitive, oily, dry, combination, and mature skin. Our plant-based, non-toxic formulations are pH-balanced to support the skin barrier while addressing common concerns like acne, fine lines, dullness, and uneven texture. If you have specific skin conditions or allergies, consult your dermatologist before introducing new products into your routine.
Are all SAINT Jō skincare products free of artificial fragrances?
Yes. Every SAINT Jō product is 100% free of artificial fragrances, synthetic perfumes, and masking agents. Any scent comes only from naturally occurring botanical ingredients selected for both skin benefits and a purposeful sensory experience. We intentionally blend grapefruit for an uplifting, energizing effect ideal for your morning ritual, and lavender for a calming, restorative note to unwind at night - creating a rhythm your body instinctively connects with, AM to PM, without irritation or hidden toxins.
Are all SAINT Jō skincare products safe while pregnant and/or breastfeeding?
Many SAINT Jō skincare products are formulated without ingredients commonly avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding- including retinol, hydroquinone, and salicylic acid over 2%. Our plant-based, non-toxic formulas are designed to be gentle while still delivering visible results. Because every pregnancy is unique, we recommend reviewing our full Ingredient Glossary and consulting your healthcare provider before use. Please note: SAINT Jō supplements are not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
How can I perform a patch test before using your products?
To perform a skin patch test, apply a small amount of the product to a clean, dry area on your inner forearm or behind your ear, then wait 24 to 48 hours without washing or rubbing the area. If redness, itching, swelling, or irritation occurs, discontinue use, as this may indicate sensitivity or an allergic reaction.
