Satisfaction Guarantee

Trying us for the first time? We’ve got you. If you're not completely happy with your first SAINT Jō order, you may request a one-time return, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery — even if the products have been gently used.

Returns & Exchanges

  • For non-first-time purchases, we accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping).
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • We do not offer refunds on used products beyond the first-purchase satisfaction promise.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@shopsaintjo.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Please Note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • At this time, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not accept returns on supplements due to health and safety regulations.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
